Goals and Objectives

GOALS:

  • To bring greater awareness of the impact of anger in daily life
  • To understand the need for a multi-tiered approach to anger management
  • To provide viable options for ongoing anger management, education, and support
  • To bring about meaningful and long term change in the way anger issues are managed
  
OBJECTIVES:
  
  • Teaching the dynamics of the anger response
  • Assessing the risk in schools, not only from students but staff as well, general workplaces and offenders on probation
  • Implementation of Anger Management programs in schools, and in the workplace as an EAP add-on benefit
  • Individual accountability
  • Destigmatize the need for anger management
